The client faced accounting inconsistencies and manual errors due to complex subscription rules, particularly concerning 'Skip Days', plan upgrades, and meal credits. Operational bottlenecks included managing strict kitchen cut-offs without automated systems and the risk of overloading delivery drivers due to a lack of order capping per slot.

We developed a decoupled web platform with a subscription engine supporting various tiers and cycles, a meal picker with automated cut-offs, and a robust skip day and credit system. Prorated upgrades and an interactive logistics map with delivery slot caps were implemented. Omnichannel notifications via Twilio and Resend, alongside an administrative ERP, completed the solution.
The project is currently in the testing phase, and operational impacts post-launch are not yet available.
