Terms of Service

The terms under which NEXURE LLC provides design and development services. The specifics of your project are set out in your own written proposal, which takes precedence over this page.

Last updated July 1, 2026

01Scope of work

Each project is defined by a written proposal listing deliverables, timeline, price and explicit exclusions. Anything not written in that proposal is not included. Changes to scope are quoted separately before they are carried out, never applied silently.

02Quotes and estimates

Figures shown on this website, including those produced by the estimator, are indicative starting points and do not constitute an offer. A binding price is issued only in a written proposal, and remains valid for thirty days from issue.

03Payment

Standard terms are 40% on commencement, 30% at an agreed midpoint and 30% on launch. Larger projects may be split into monthly milestones. Invoices are payable within fourteen days. Work may be paused on overdue invoices after written notice.

04Delivery and timelines

Timelines assume feedback and required materials arrive within the agreed windows. Delays in receiving content, approvals or third-party access move the delivery date by at least the length of the delay. We will always tell you when that happens rather than absorbing it silently and missing the date.

05Revisions

Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds at design and build stages. Additional rounds, or changes that alter agreed scope, are quoted before being carried out.

06Ownership and licensing

On receipt of final payment, all intellectual property in the delivered work transfers to you, including source code, design files, domains, hosting and third-party accounts. Third-party components remain under their own licences. We reserve the right to describe the work publicly and link to it, unless you ask us in writing not to.

07Support after launch

Every project includes a support window — thirty days on smaller builds, sixty on larger ones — covering defects in the delivered work. It does not cover new features, third-party service changes, or content edits. Ongoing care plans are available separately.

08Liability

Our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We will always attempt to resolve a dispute directly before either party takes any other step.
