Why a studio of one.
NEXURE is a one-keeper studio. Every product in the preserve was designed, built and shipped by the same person who answers your first email — which is both the constraint and the whole point.
The work spans full-stack engineering, product design and the unglamorous parts in between: deciding what not to build, telling a client their idea needs a smaller first version, and staying reachable in month three when something breaks.
Nothing in the preserve arrived by accident. Each build was selected because the problem was real, the scope was honest, and the result would still be running a year later. That is the whole selection criterion.
Four rules, kept.
Every one of these costs us work. They are the reason the work we do take on tends to finish.
Capture, don't chase
We turn down work that does not fit rather than stretch to cover it badly. A studio that says yes to everything is a studio with no opinion.
Boring technology, on purpose
We build on tools that are widely known and well documented, so any competent developer can take over. Novelty is a cost your project pays for years.
You own everything
Code, domain, hosting, third-party accounts — all transferred on final payment. Dependence on a supplier is not a retention strategy, it is a liability we refuse to sell.
Nothing is hidden until launch
You get a working URL in the first week and it stays working. Progress you cannot see is progress you cannot correct.
