01Who we are
NEXURE LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, operating from Morocco. We are the data controller for anything submitted through this website.
02What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, company name and a description of your project. If you use the estimator, we also receive the configuration you selected. We collect aggregate, non-identifying page analytics to understand which pages are useful.
03Why we collect it
To reply to you and to prepare a quote. That is the entire purpose. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not run retargeting, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly subscribe to the journal.
04Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we process contact form submissions on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and journal subscriptions on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
05Who else sees it
Our email provider, which transmits and stores the message, and our hosting provider, which serves the site. Neither uses your data for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with anyone, under any circumstance.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards in case you come back. Journal subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete anything and we will do it within thirty days.
07Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you were not shown a consent banner. A single preference is stored in your browser to remember that you dismissed the exit prompt, and multi-step forms save your draft locally so you do not lose it. Neither leaves your device.
08Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email us and we will action it within thirty days without asking why.
